Baird's Auto and Tire.

Not good. First time I visited they were friendly and nice and the wait was normal for the most part. The real issue came when they wanted to do a tire rotation. It took 3 people (2 mechanics and 1 office person) rummaging in my truck to NOT find the wheel lock nut to do the rotation. Pretty annoying but I paid and left. Went to my truck and grabbed the lock nut in 2 seconds and came back in and showed them. Went again today around 4:15‐20 and waited in the lot for about 15-20 minutes. Only one person acknowledged my existence and that was to tell me to backup out of the way of the current truck in the bay. No other office worker or mechanic came up to address me or what I was needing. All I got was workers staring and walking past me pretending to be busy or wanting to not help. Can't in good faith go back to not get helped or even acknowledged.

I pulled in about 7:15 in the morning and by 7:20 the guys were already pulling my car in and doing the oil change. It was my first time there, but it won’t be my last. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and considerate, as well as being very reasonable with their pricing. I had a fantastic experience and I will definitely be back.

Not from the area but had to go to Bloomington for a thing. Decided to get an oil change/rotation while I was in the city. Looked at reviews for a few places and saw the raving reviews of this place and the effort put into replying to each review with a unique response by the owner. Not only was the price more than fair, they did not disappoint. Everyone was pleasant, knew what they were doing, and it was very efficient. I am very pleased with this visit! Thank you.

Everyone I spoke with was exceptionally friendly and communicative. They explained each part of the job at every step of the way. I was very impressed with the quick turnaround and accommodations. I have never had a better experience at the mechanic's. I will definitely be returning here for future service.

Stopped by to have my AC checked. Front staff were very inviting and friendly. Within a short period they had diagnosed that it needed to be recharged and could be done within that hour. I waited, enjoyed a free soft drink and soon my Chevy Silverado was cooling again and ready to go. Very impressed with their professionalism and willingness to help me right away. Thank you!
